Made for the everyday moments

Make the repeat questions easier.

When people ask for the same information, a keyword gives them a simple way to request it. Configure the word and its response in your workspace. Supported inbound messages can then follow that rule, helping you share consistent information without typing the same answer each time.

Good questions.
Useful answers.

What do keyword workflows need?

You need an eligible plan, a configured keyword and a sender that supports inbound SMS. Available keyword allowances are shown in your current plan.

Do keywords replace opt-out handling?

No. Marketing keywords and replies are separate from opt-out handling. Respect suppression and consent controls and do not use a keyword response to bypass a recipient's opt-out.
