Service terms
SendSMSnow is operated by Sendilio LLC. These terms apply to use of the SendSMSnow platform.
1. Account service
SendSMSnow provides authenticated workspace tools for contacts, groups, message preparation, scheduling and communication records.
2. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or unsolicited content. Do not bypass access controls, probe infrastructure or misuse recipient data.
3. Delivery services
SMS routing, pricing, sender identities and destination availability are activated according to the configuration and terms assigned to each account.
4. Availability
We may update platform capabilities to improve security, reliability and regulatory compliance. Material service changes will be reflected in these terms.
