Can I track individual campaign recipients?

Yes, when recipient tracking is enabled for a campaign link. The campaign uses recipient-specific links so supported click events can be associated with a contact.

Is a click the same as a sale or a person reading the message?

No. Click activity records a link interaction; it does not prove a purchase or an SMS read. Device and location information may be incomplete, and automated link scanning can affect engagement data.
