Data, handled carefully
SendSMSnow is operated by Sendilio LLC. This notice explains how account data and communication records are handled.
Account data
Your account identifier, email, display name, contacts, groups, messages, settings and submitted support requests may be stored to provide the service.
Data we do not reuse
Legacy passwords, sessions, raw payment-card data, CVV, private social messages and Photos content are not loaded into the new product.
Message operations
Message metadata and provider events may be processed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot and report on communications.
Legacy migration
Approved imports are repeatable and auditable through legacy identifiers and aggregate reconciliation. Personal records are not written to repository logs.
Your choices
You can remove contacts and message history records. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests.
