Does AI assistance send or activate a reply automatically?

No. It generates a suggested draft. You choose whether to use the text, review it and activate the keyword workflow yourself.

What information is used to create the draft?

The keyword, your instructions and the current reply are shared with OpenAI to generate a draft. The assistant does not need your contact list. Avoid adding sensitive information to your instructions, and review generated text before use.
