Made for the everyday moments

Less searching. More certainty.

A sent message should not become a missing detail. Your Messages and Sent history views help you revisit content, recipients and recorded status. Review drafts and scheduled activity alongside past sends, and use individual records when a delivery needs a closer look.

Find the right record

Search message activity to locate the recipient or text you need.

02

Read the status

Distinguish scheduled, queued, sent, delivered and unsuccessful messages.

03

Keep the next step clear

Use message details to understand what was submitted before you follow up.

From idea to action

A little more clarity

Good questions.
Useful answers.

Why can a status change after sending?

Sending and delivery happen in stages. A provider may accept a message first and report delivery or an unsuccessful outcome later.

Should I resend a message that is still queued?

Review the existing record before sending again. A queued message may still be processed, and a second submission can create a duplicate text for the recipient.
